What is Industry Report Store?

Industry Report Store is a comprehensive online resource for market research reports on 40 industries in over 100 countries. Find over 150,000 global and country sector reports, consumer trend reports, company profiles and market guides -- all available for online purchase.

What is the difference between a Single User License, Site License and Global License?

Single User License
Allows the person purchasing the report and that person alone to view and use the report.

Site License
Allows the person purchasing the report and any colleague that works in the same building for the same organization to view and use the report. Available for double the price of a single user license.

Global License
Allows the person purchasing the report and any colleague within the same organization to view and use the report. Available for triple the price of a single user license.

What format do the reports come in?

Mainly Adobe PDF. A few of our reports are supplemented with Excel files.

Who can I speak to if I have a query?

We are based in London, UK. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 17:30 GMT + 1 and we invite you to contact us on +44 (0)20 7936 6830.  Outside of these hours, you can send us an email at reportinfo@industryreportstore.com and we will endeavor to respond within 24 hours.

I am a student. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do offer academic discounts for students and professors. Please contact us at reportinfo@industryreportstore.com for more information and include the report title you are interested in. We require that you write to us using your academic institution's email address (typically ending in .edu) in order to qualify for a discount.

How do I place an order?

Simply go to the product page for the report that you wish to purchase, choose a license type from the menu on the right, and click the “Buy the report” button. You will now be taken to your Basket page, where you can change your chosen license type and purchase your order immediately by clicking the “Pay by invoice” or “Proceed to checkout” buttons.

If you would like to continue shopping, choose the “Continue shopping” button and your reports will be held in your basket until you wish to purchase them. While you are logged in, you can view or modify the contents of your basket any time by clicking on the Basket button in the top right corner of the site.

How can I get an invoice?

After your transaction is successfully processed, you will receive an invoice via email within 5 business days in addition to a hard copy of the invoice sent to the postal address you indicated as your billing address during the payment process.

What type of payment is accepted?

  • You can use a credit card and pay online. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
  • You can pay by bank transfer. Please note you will be charged an additional $30 to cover bank fees.
  • You can pay by invoice just select the “Pay by Invoice” option and follow the instructions.

Is it possible for me to order but have the report delivered to someone else?

Yes, this is possible. Just make sure you specify the end user's email in your order. This way, we'll be sure to send the report to the correct email address. If you have any questions, please contact us at reportinfo@industryreportstore.com

How can I change the email my account is linked to?

To change or update your registered email address or account information, simply click on the “Account” button on the top right corner of the site, and then choose the “Account Information” tab.

I have forgotten my password. How do I re-set it?

It's easy. To do so, click the “Log in” button on the top right corner of the site, then simply follow the “Forgotten your password?” link, enter the email address associated with the account and it will be sent to you immediately. You can also contact our customer service team on +44(0)20 7936 6830 for further assistance.

I cannot login, what's going on?
